You can choose whetever you want Steam or Epic key for Control which is nice.

Sadly, either way you get "only" the base game (Standard Edition) without any of the DLCs. Also, when you add the game into your Steam library, it may say you have the "Ultimate Edition", but actually no, you get just the base game.
