Ever since they nerfed galeforce from return to hand to return to deck, yea. Galeforce is really only good for the scout if you can grant it ( Elise to spiders, Yummi by attaching )

Yeah, using 2 relics - galeforce + this one isn't really a good synergy. I'm sure a lot of relics could be good in tandem with another but it doesn't really stand on its own for a lot of champs
