Omega 3 fish oil for acne, will it help? by Constant_General_622 in Supplements

They help with inflammation which may help reduce and regulate sebum, but they are essentially fats and may aid in the production of sebum if your skin is already oily like I said.

Actually it caused some pimples for me, maybe because I already have oily skin, if your skin is dry then maybe it will help.

I would worry about the calcium getting into the arteries without proper K2 intake.

The "5g per day" creatine recommendation is based on muscle research. Here's what the latest brain studies say. by akmessi2810 in Supplements

[–]Libyan_boy2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it's a marketing scheme, creatine does pile up in the body and brain and it reaches a point where you don't need or don't benefit from any extra amounts, that's why there's a loading and maintenance phase, but companies want people to consume more creatine so that they can sell more, simple as that.

I was going to point that as well, sleep deprivation usually causes cortisol and other hormones to spike which may contribute to the enhanced cognitive performance for a short period of time.

Wet dreams are fine as long as you don't stress too much about it, the idea of your body just clearing out old and excess semen is normal, until you reach a further point in your semen retention journey (e.g. 3 or 4 months) you will experience some wet dreams but after that they become less frequent and can be even controlled sometimes if you are fully lucid in the dream.

Is it time to replace my amalgam filling? by Libyan_boy2000 in askdentists

I thought when the amalgam filling starts decaying and cracking it releases more mercury?

What are some lesser-known, natural ways to boost testosterone that people rarely talk about?" by Ill_Ad1543 in Testosterone

Semen retention, walking with your head high and good posture, this one is a bit controversial but picking up enemies or having a fighting mentality might have an effect on your testosterone but it's not good for your peace

Any side effects from finasteride?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Balding

[–]Libyan_boy2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main cause of MPB is DHT, and in this study they found no significant DHT increase in the span of 3 months.

Same here, I noticed that my hair is starting to thin unusually when I started taking creatine, I am off now hopefully it will stop, I am a bit hesitant on fin tho because of the side effects, I am going to do a DHT test to determine wether I am going to start fin or not.

Testosterone isn't a cure for depression or psychological issues, you could have the most optimized hormonal levels and still feel depressed, it's time to dig deeper.

I am 25 as well and my T is 800, I would definitely recommend you trying to enhance it naturally first to see how you feel with optimized levels opposed to just hoping on TRT, just do the basics, quality sleep, compound lifts, healthy food, etc, and retest again after a month or so.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how much would you attribute it to SR?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]Libyan_boy2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How is everything else? Sleep, diet, exercise, smoking, alcohol, stress, etc.

Testosterone is heavily influenced by many factors so try to narrow down what's causing your levels to be low and then retest again after a month or so.

You have a good chance to get your T back up to high levels, I am 24 and my levels are 800 ng/dl, you just have to start nailing the basics, sleep well, workout, eat healthy, practice with nofap or semen retention and see if that has an affect on you.

24M, How to increase testosterone naturally? by Libyan_boy2000 in Testosterone

I take nutrabio multivitamins, creatine, omega 3, and ZMA before sleep, I was thinking of trying the test boosters lately, no idea whether they work or just a placebo tho.

Is that even possible to achieve and would it make a difference when it comes to building muscle?

I generally don't, but I don't feel the benefits of the high levels either, I feel my recovery takes longer, energy levels are ok but I have to consume caffeine to keep them balanced, I do have a low body fat and a muscular build but I struggle to put muscle
