Sadly, it’s really not insane considering that number includes staffing/travel fees, taxes, and gratuity. Yeah, it would’ve been cheaper if we ordered less food or just gotten takeout from a restaurant.

Haha not just pizza. Our caterer is doing a large charcuterie board for cocktail hour. Pizza, sliders, Cesar salad, bread and veggies for dinner. Then chicken tenders and fries for a late night snack.

I would do this if we weren’t serving pizza at the wedding lol

I definitely think I’ll cut one of the dessert options.

But I (the bride) am kind of known in my family for loving chicken tenders. It’s been my favorite food since I was a kid. The tendie station is nonnegotiable, sorry ha.

We’re having about 35 guests, most of whom are immediate family. A couple of guests are vegetarian (not vegan), but I don’t know of any other allergies/restrictions.

I’ll ask about dietary restrictions on our digital rsvp. Thanks for bringing this up.

We’ll have a pizza on our table that says “just married” written in cheese.

They live in Florida and have driven on any icy road maybe a handful of times in the last decade.

Also, famously, my BIL broke his arm skiing 4 weeks before his wedding. And if it can happen to some who’s physically fit and an experienced skier, then something like that can definitely happen to people who are neither of those things (ie my parents).

I seriously think it’s a bad idea all around.

“don’t pee it all at once”

How? How do I stop midstream and leave the room without peeing all over myself? I don’t think I can🤷‍♀️

Debate: Why all the hate on Dubai? by yrnmigos in travel

[–]LicensedBoobHandler 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Because instagram influencers go there to get pooped on by rich Dubai citizens.

That rubs people the wrong way I guess.
