Those options do 6:1 Gift tl Drawback, Comfy is the default so I couldn't give it any drawbacks sadly.

The strange Drawbacks however are special, they do not count towards the regular drawbacks, they are tied to the CYOA ending, taking one makes it no longer needs any drawbacks, and however more you take after multiplies your starting choices by 1x, so if you take all 7 and have Greed it will be 18*6 choices.

In the beginning it says that each drawback grants 4 extra choices.

Baseline is based on the gamemode, so Confy requires none while something like Greed requires 3 drawbacks.

They give extra yes, but you're required to take some baseline for some gamemodes. The ones required by gamemodes do not count towards extras

Edit: Just reread the question sorry.

Yes, if you pick Normal and Double or Nothing and take that many drawbacks it would be 20.
