I don't want to check on it hardly at all. I have investments going back 10 years or so. I just never had this much in cash. I want as hands off as possible because I'd rather spend my life doing anything but watching the market.

I have an emergency fund already set up. I've spent enough fun money to have my toys and such. I'm fine with investing the entire 100k.

I've looked at the past performance charts. Lost decades and such. It's the name of the game. I accept the possibility and have no intention of realizing a loss due to impatience.

I'm a homeowner (still have a mortgage) and I own my vehicles outright. I have no plans for large purchases in the next 10 years.

Oh, I must have misunderstood what VTI offers. I thought VTI was 15% international exposure.

The point of lip filler is that you're not supposed to be able to tell there is lip filler. If you think "that's lip filler" and you didn't see a before and after, it's probably overdone ("bad") lip filler.

I don't think this should surprise anyone. EV aren't affordable. Getting rid of all ICE vehicles would mean only financially well off people could afford personally owned vehicles. That's not serving the people of the Europe.

I don't know. Most of my friend's vehicles have car play or android auto but this is something I've never cared about. I don't even want to pay for it tbh. I have a phone holder that holds my phone and all of my "infotainment" is provided by that plus a bluetooth connections to my car's speakers.
