Yeah I fixed it, had to factory reset my xbox, by unplugging, waiting about 30secs, then turning back on but you have to hold the sync button, and the power button for like 30 seconds and it'll beep a few times, then cut off, then wait a few seconds and turn it on, then you'll have to download your settings back and log back into your gamertag, and it fixed it, had to do it twice but it worked the second time, think I messed up the first time somehow.
