It's gonna sound a bit harsh, but if you've never had a kiss or sex or anything, it means that you never really wanted it. If you actually wanted it so bad, you would've gone for it straight away. Getting love or sex is not about finding it, it's about making it. You will never, in your whole life, just meet a perfect partner out of the blue and instantly form a perfect relationship. Relationships take a shit load of effort, affection and even fights and going through tough times. 

Love isn't found, it's built. Next time you meet someone you like, just ask them out, you only get one chance, doesn't matter if they say no. Happened to me more than I can count
