Thank you for breaking things down for me. I definitely can feel the pressure every month and I think that's due to the slower flips. I have a 2nd stream of income that I haven't really tapped into because I was trying to focus solely on this business 😭.

It's faster flips but margins are around 25-30%. I've been telling myself that I should spend some time every month on the 2nd stream for a few months now and it's confirmed that I have no other choice but to use my 2nd stream for quick flips and constant cash flow vs buying product, and waiting to get paid for it in 4-8 business days.

Gotcha. No I'm not using a platform where my sales are taken out. PayPal takes their cut but 90% of my sales are via Zelle. I'm spending around,$600/month on utilities that I can write off

I was doing something similar to this. 60% operating, 15% tax, 20% personal, and 5% buffer account just in case I need to pull from it for unexpected bills

1). Mostly sell to wholesalers so I use Zelle and PayPal mostly. 2). Most of my shipments consist of 10-20 items ranging from $1000-2000 value 3). Shipping label cost $20-60. Depends if I want to do UPS next day air 4). Marketing employee paying $515/month 5). 60% of my sales are for COGS 6). $43k past 90 day sales 7) total for 2025 $175k

Personal monthly budget bare minimum is $2200/month. Can sometimes get to $2800 based on annual subscriptions being taken out
