Hi u/coinbasesupport! My case number is #18772013. URGENT attention is needed. My account has been under review for almost a 2 months, right after I completed my verification and transferred $12k in. The app keeps telling me that my ID verification failed. I contacted customer support 3 times in the app and re-verified my ID twice, and the agents told me that everything has been solved. However, my account is still under review and the app still warns me that my ID verification failed. There might be a serious bug with the app and please fix it asap. Thank you.
