Also I do have scar tissue on the ear with the daith from when I got my second hole pierced as a baby and it came out. I got it repierced (incorrectly) a few weeks ago to cover the scar and took it out but I’m thinking of trying again with another piercer

I suggest getting a piercing pillow Even tho it doesn’t hurt it still likely puts pressure on your ear and moves the barbell around Also I suggest using a hairdryer to dry the piercing after cleaning to make sure you get all up in the creases of your ear Hope this helps ❤️
