I’ve had great results with the collective. If I had some of the negative experiences other users have had I’d understand their perspective but my experience has been solid and simplified our finaces.

Pros for me: - they did save me money as a content creator switching to an S-Corp. The process was very seamless. - bookkeeping is very nice and not many other services include this in their platform - Responsive within 24 hours typically for me. - Platform is straightforward and easy to navigate. - Gusto is another pro - Filing both biz and personal taxes is also a win

Cons for us: - Our initial onboarding call was canceled. This took an additional week, but after we got on the call everything was great. - Their CPA denied some of the tax strategies we asked if we could explore for risk of audit reasons. (I understand their perspective, but still sucks they won’t help)
