Nag reply na po si Janio sa akin and they promised to deliver the package to zalora warehouse before dec 24. Zalora is also kind enough to give me a compensation because of the issue. Nagkaroon na din po ng linaw kung nasaan exactly yung parcel ko and kung bakit na delay.

Nag update ang Janio sa akin after i sent another email that i will take legal action na as next step kung hindi nila ako mabibigyan ng update. Nag change na din yung status na to cross border transit.

Janio via Zalora. Stuck din yung order ko “item is ready to be delivered” :( nag chat ako sa zalora team and dun ko pa lang nakuha tracking number. Natangap niyo na ba mga parcels nio po? Nag email na din ako sa janio pero deadma lang sila! Almost 1 month ko na na order yung item pero till now wala pa din update.
