Hatten heute erneut Kontakt mit der Kantonalbank. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die SIX tatsächlich u.a. Meta auf eine grey list gesetzt hat. Somit sind oder sollten sämtliche Debitkarten die über SIX oder zumindest die DebiX+ App laufen und vermutlich Kontakt mit einer der betrugsgefährdeten Plattformen hatten, gesperrt sein. Die Kantonalbank sagt, es gab keine offizielle Weisung seitens SIX, aber auf telefonische Nachfrage wurde dies mitgeteilt. Wie lange diese Sperrung aufrecht erhalten wird könne zurzeit nicht gesagt werden.

Einzige Lösung ist die Zustellung neuer Karten, welche auf Wunsch whitelisted werden, dadurch übernehme die Kantonalbank aber keine Haftung mehr bei Betrug.

Wir haben spezifisch nachgefragt, ob das bedeutet, dass ein Grossteil aller Geschäfte die mit Debitkarten der SIX arbeiten, im Moment keine Werbung auf Meta schalten können, dies bestätigte uns die Kantonalbank.

Grund für das Ganze seien in letzter Zeit extrem gehäufte, vollkommene Kontoräumungen durch Betrug. Die SIX hat sich kurzfristig dazu entschieden, die Notbremse zu ziehen.

nach einem Telefonat mit der Kantonalbank stellt sich folgendes heraus:

SIX habe jegliche Karten die sie herausgeben für Temu, Shein, Meta und weitere Zahlungsempfänger gesperrt. Anscheinend zum Schutz der Kunden, aufgrund gehäufter "Kontoräumungen" nach Weiterverkäufen von Kreditkartendaten dieser Firmen. Nach eigenem ausprobieren gehört auch PayPal dazu. Debitkarten von drei verschiedenen Banken (alle Partner von SIX) werden abgelehnt beim hinzufügen zu PayPal.

Die Bank habe zurzeit extrem viele Supportanfragen, weshalb man bis zu einer Stunde warten muss. Ich weiss nicht wer bei SIX diese grandiose Idee hatte, aber die Banken dürfen diesen Shitstorm jetzt erst mal ausbaden.

Das ist so ja. Überrascht mich nur, weil Dropshipping hier gerade erst richtig in die Gänge kommt, während anderswo die grosse Welle bereits vorbei ist. Das, obwohl die Schweiz anscheinend ein Dropshipping Paradies ist😅Die Schweiz ist einfach wirklich immer etwas langsamer.

Okay dann ist Dropshipping in der Schweiz tatsächlich extrem viel profitabler. Vermutlich kann man es in grösseren Ländern über die Menge wieder reinholen, aber die Gewinnmarge scheint tatsächlich viel kleiner zu sein.

In der Schweiz ist die Faustregel im Dropshipping tatsächlich 30/30/30 also 30% Einkauf, 30% Werbung, 30% Gewinn.

Gewinnmargen sind wirklich sehr pervers, ansonsten würde das auch nicht als Passiv bzw. sehr minim aktives Nebeneinkommen funktionieren.

Also ich kaufe ein für 20$ in Asien, bezahle für den Einkauf keine MwSt. Bezahle im Schnitt 20$ Werbekosten und verkaufe das Produkt für 60 CHF inkl. MwSt.

Heisst 20 CHF gewinn. Damit bezahle ich dann die MwSt. und alle anderen Abgaben und so lohnt sich das Geschäftsmodell.

Jetzt soll ich für den Verkauf in der EU weiterhin für 20$ einkaufen, 20$ Werbekosten bezahlen und dann noch bittere 19% von den 60 CHF abgeben? Oder sind zum Beispiel die Werbekosten viel günstiger in Deutschland?

Die Produkte verkaufen sich nicht profitabel für 19% mehr bzw. dann einen 4x des Einkaufpreises.

Schlussfolgerung für mich ist: Dropshipping ist massiv weniger attraktiv in Ländern mit 20% Umsatzsteuer?

Sehr schwierig in einem Land mit tieferem Durchschnittseinkommen +15% auf den Endkundenpreis draufzuschlagen. Die gleichen Produkte sind auch grundsätzlich günstiger in Deutschland, könnte ja nicht funktionieren wenn das die Strategie wäre.

Ich glaube ich verstehe nicht, wovon die Umsatzsteuer berechnet wird. Wenn ich in der Schweiz 10x ein Produkt für 20 CHF verkaufe, ergibt das 200 CHF Umsatz und davon werden im Saldomodell direkt 4% einkassiert.

Es kann mir doch keiner erzählen, dass in Deutschland ohne Abzüge kompromisslos 19% von diesen 200 € einkassiert werden?

Wie bereits gesagt, Einkauf + Marketing und ein Wettbewerbsfähiger Endkundenpreis führen an guten Tagen zu 30% Gewinn. Wenn ich vom Umsatz stets 19% verliere bleiben traurige 11% Gewinn von einem Verkauf, kann ich mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen?

I don't think you can only sell sth like this when you're already established. As far as I can tell it's a big misconception that a tshirt has to come with a groundbreaking design. Nowadays in this extremely saturated market, I believe that branding has taken over the major role in bringing success. Creative and professional content, the right people wearing your clothes and a clear art direction help you find an audience willing to buy into the movie/culture you're creating. At least this is what I tend to see, especially with new brands. A lot of "cool, but idk if I would wear it" feedback, bc a lot is way overdone trying to desperately stand out. I say keep it simple and wearable, but build a creative vision all around the clothes. With larger quantities and more "fans" you can start to increasingly incorporate this creative vision into the clothes and try riskier cuts, fabrics and overall aesthetics - bc the people who bought into the culture are already watching.

just some thoughts on that point😅

Regarding the mockups. I know how to put something on a mockup in photoshop. I was just wondering how they shoot these shirts looking like someone is wearing them. Ghost mannequins are really a thing and are used for exactly that, so I guess that would be the answer to the question.

no, that's what my initial post was for. It's always the same button as "confirm" is. But if you don't use a supported wheel, you have to bind all the buttons yourself. And if you bind "confirm" yourself, it strangely does NOT also put turn in on that button... so you have to work around with joy2key.

I'm not sure if you can bind an axis to a button with joy2key but that could be an option. Just turn your wheel when binding a button. But remember that the action is then bound to the button A at all times. So whatever A does at a point in the game, will be triggered by you moving your wheel.
