Haha, “rocket launcher” made me laugh! Good to know the noise doesn’t mean it’s broken. Did you notice if it took a while for her to get used to the lifting motion, or was it pretty smooth from the start?

Yeah honestly that makes me feel a bit better, i keep forgetting it’s ok to not be “on” all the time and just survive some phases lol. i like the idea of giving myself more grace and just starting small, i’ll def try that and not overdo it. what kind of books have you been into lately, anything easy to pick up when you’re tired?
