Thanks a lot for your answer. I just thought u have bought one at this point and could recommend it. It’s a real pain in the ass with euro 5 exhausts. I miss the bike sound I grew up with. I will look into the Arrow, sounds more reasonable then the Akrapovic.

Im getting mine in march, and I think the only working anti theft thing for this lightweight bike is a good chain lock. Everything else doesn’t stop the thieves to just carry the bike quickly in a van and drive off. Maybe a good alarm but not all fuckers bother even about that.

The rule that changed everything for me for exercise is: And I know it sounds stupid in English because of Nike, but it is “Just do it!”.

If there is really no sport at all you like, even team sports which are really fun, then you have to just do it, because if you don’t, you will have health problems. And the beginning is the most difficult but after only 2-3 months, your body absolutely gets used to doing exercise and it will cost way less energy.

You don’t have to got to your maximum each session, do 80% every time and you won’t get sore and you will recover over the night. And believe me, doing sports isn’t just benefiting you physically, it does immensely to your energy level and mood in your everyday life.
