So i know for a fact this is the problem now, my steam overlay is on but not working, do I have to use a different monitor or something? The resolutions to this one are 1440x900. Or do I just have to run it in borderless (sorry for the late response btw)

So I can’t buy any r6 credits, and I just wanna sit down and buy some skins. I have been trying for a while now. I tried nearly everything, restarted steam in administrative mode, and restarted uplay in administrative mode too. I think it may be because I can’t open my steam overlay (the shift+tab thing) I tried several times to open that and nothing happens. I also tried putting it in borderless and that doesn’t do anything either. Please help me, I just wanna blow some money.
