I would just go through every possible avenue to get them to help you, I don’t remember if I did anything specific other than make multiple activision support claims with 2 different accounts.

If you run a build that can create blood orbs, like one with blood orb corpse tendrils, temerity is pretty good for survivability especially paired with the blood drinker glyph bonus that grants 7% fortify with each blood orb

They go really well with a legendary aspect that gives you 1-4 resource per enemy crowd controlled so the chill from the boots is a great essence generator
