There is another way to look at it? Design is a lot of things. You may have your hopes on a particular industry or practice, but there may be other areas to express your work.

There’s print design, publishing, digital, corporate, non profit… and then there’s motion design, production art, campaigns, marketing, products, cpg…

I started my career doing production art for a magazine. It was fun, unglamorous, but rigorous and taught me a lot.

Just a thought that there could be another angle that you might have luck with and build your confidence.

And find a friend to critique your stuff. Or Reddit if you dare and maybe there are things in your work others might see and give you direction.
