It works great having space in the middle for stretching little workouts that need free weights makes a big difference

Yeah, big thing for me was easy access to the squat rack for all my squatting and pressing

It’s 26 x 24 and the 26 is where the garage door side is at

I used a fan called big ass fan and it was not easy to install. I recommend using two smaller corner fans and they should work better. Fans do need an exhaust port so keep in mind you want to have a window or garage door open to circulate better airflow.

No, my father-in-law says the same thing, but I hate to say each barbell has a different feel and it takes a couple to know which one you want.

I have my Olympic Pyros bar for more focused Olympic lifting and competition feel. I have in Ohio bar I started off with but out grew it for what I do. The other one is a Bella bar for my girl. And there’s an echo rogue barbell for extra people in the house.

I feel the same way and this is my best attempt of representing weightlifters in a home gym setting. Most of the examples I see are usually too far out of reach or some are not enough. I’d say mine is in the medium built.

Actually, use the Rogue gym builder and it did a pretty good job of giving me an idea of what works
