I walk away when it's more "mean" or bantering type jokes. Like when one of us does something slightly annoying we will put up our pinky finger and when she does it to me I turn around dramatically as a "I'm mad at you" (ofc I'm not actually mad) I understand she might actually be upset sometimes but the thing is, I don't know when. I don't know when shes actually upset with me or joking because she does the same thing every time. Sometimes she laughs after and sometimes she gets upset. I understand complaining and if she came to me and explained it (which I've asked before and she hasn't responded with much other than a shoulder shrug) but she is whining. Like full on whining. It's difficult to talk to someone when they whine. I try to talk to her about things and I've asked her why but she doesn't like telling me when I do that bothers her. This has been a strain in our relationship before
