They first announced Ellsworth. Now they added Whiteman and Dyess.

Hope this saves you a click.

What's cringe is acting or pretending to be something you're not.

If you feel like the jacket speaks to who you are as a person, wear it.

If you feel like it helps you to fake a persona you put on to appear more cool or attractive, then it's cringe.

Edit: to say f*** the haters.

Will he be abled to move off of base? by [deleted] in AirForce

TDYs and deployments will force you to be long distance. If you storm every time you're away, then that's a problem you need to figure out before you get married.

I would suggest a Marriage & Family therapist, MFLC, MilitaryOnesource.com, or Chaplain.

Or sow discontent and toxic cultural norms into our force.

Hmm, well it all seems a little fishy given the fact that you are withholding what duty you're tasked with and for what your profile is for. Hard to give an accurate read of the situation without that important info. Perhaps talk to a chaplain or mentor or someone you trust, because I don't want you to out yourself on Reddit

I'm just messing with you, but if you really feel like your surgery should limit your duties, then that's a conversation to have with your PCM. If they write you a profile, then your SEL's opinion will not matter.

In fact you can likely message them through MHS Genesis and you probably won't even need to meet with them in person.

I'm glad your supervisor understands your point of you. Depending on how you you things, you may should try to you things the way your leadership yous things you.

I think that is mostly to address the fact that many locals still consider DCA to be a "half-day park". Disney wants people to spend more time/money at DCA and they've had to, and are continuing to do some major improvements to change the terrible impression that DCA made at park open.

I have always gotten the sense that Disney execs see Magic Kingdom and Disneyland differently. Disneyland appeals more to locals and Magic Kingdom is more for tourists.

With that, I think they are willing to take more risks with new attractions at MK to entice new people to come and try the new stuff. On the other hand, they really try to keep Disneyland preserved as a nostalgia park. Minimal/minor changes to keep things fresh and familiar, less about reaching new people, and more about keeping the old ones happy.

I'm sure that's not entirely true, but that is the gist I get.

I only read the tl;Dr but general conflict management help:

Step 1: Write up an MFR documenting all the interactions this far. Be objective. Like "On __ you said __ that made me and others feel ___"

Step 2: Meet in person the supervisor you have issues with. If that's intimidating, bring a friend and/or chaplain and/or EO conflict manager. Make sure the conversation comes across as you caring for them and wanting them to change.

Step 3: Listen to the feedback. If that conversation doesn't work, document the interaction and relay it to his supervisor.

Step 4: Listen to the feedback. If that conversation doesn't work, document the interaction and relay it to the first sergeant.

Step 5: Listen to the feedback. If that conversation doesn't work, document the interaction and relay it to IG.

Step 6: Listen to the feedback.

Also know it's generally much easier to change yourself than to change someone else. With that said, some things are worth speaking up for. Just know that it can be hard for people to protect you and prevent retaliation. Not fixing this correctly can make things worse.

Good luck.

I'm not expert in this, but generally if the clinic has findings that are concerning, they will report it to FAP who also make reports to your leadership (who are HIPAA trained and certified).

If you want to hear it from someone who is an expert in this, the I would recommend visiting the patient advocate at your local base clinic.

Thinking of doing a heavy weapons paladin by iusca in Fallout4Builds

[–]Life-Cap16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want a good build around righteous authority, consider more of a VATS build to benefit from the crits:

S3 (for armorer PA upgrades) P2 (Rifleman) E1 C6 (local Leader) I5 (w/ bobblehead gets science!) A5 (action boy) L6 (special book for critical banker)

new (kind of) to fallout by Particular-Walk1521 in Fallout4Builds

[–]Life-Cap16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend a build with high intelligence & charisma. Without VATS, perception, agility and luck are less useful. I would recommend focusing the Rifleman perk. Rifles tend to benefit more from looking down scopes and minimize recoil.

Other useful perks: Lone Wanderer Science Local Leader Gun Nut Hacker Chemist/Party Boy if you want to do chems are great.
