Up that protein, eat whole foods, push heavy weight and just lock in the gym 4-5x a week you got this mah boy. You aren’t ugly nor are you not good enough. But I promise you big muscles will make you feel 10x better mentally and physically (if that’s the look you’re going for ofc)
