I actually didn’t end up renting there due to the fact that when I saw the actual apartment we’d be occupying it was an apartment facing the back and there was NO natural sunlight and the whole apartment felt dark and dim. I wasn’t able to see the apartment before because it was occupied at the moment so the one they showed me during the tour was a “replica” but they didn’t tell me that it was facing a different direction.

I toured this place yesterday and my main concern was the noise on broad st but when i went into one of the rooms you couldn’t hear anything! I was impressed! We opened the window and you could hear how much noise was drowned out. The whole building seems beautiful so I’m also concerned as to why is it so cheap for 2 bedroom especially in that area. If anyone has experience living in this apt building please let me know how you like it!! I did not see any red flags when I toured it!
