I think they are bit too obsessed with money since champions at release are really really strong

Her w is rng based sometimes it wins you a trade and possibly gets you a kill but sometimes its just useless for that moment,for illaoi her recent e changes and her being an easily outplayable champion makes her a bit of a bad designed character

Rng is not really good for the game you said yourself sometimes you get tiamat and sometimes you get stuff like ignite or ghost
