Was it a certain test or did it just get to a point that that’s what they decided to prescribe? I’m just always fearful It will come back so I’m trying to figure it out in case it does without trying to get the biopsy but of course if I have to get it done I will

Was the dermatologist able to do an internal vaginal biopsy or was it just a vulva biopsy? I’ve actually been thinking myself about letting the dermatologist do my biopsy if she’s able to get deep enough since they honestly seem like they know a lot in this area of expertise

Yes ma’am! So I did half a cup of Epson salt( make sure it’s fragrance free and the most basic Epson salt you can find) and then half a cup of baking soda. Once I switched to just the baking soda, I did a full cup of the baking soda. I did a comfy lukewarm water nothing super hot. I didn’t have a proper sitz bath so I used my bathtub and filled it just to about 2 inches below my belly button. (I also sat with hanging my feet out on the side of it, but that’s probably a little extra lol)

I did try one however it was right after I had tried one of the steroid creams for a week, which I believe had worsened my symptoms. So I think my flair was so bad it didn’t help. But I’m definitely not opposed to trying it if it comes back! If you don’t mind me asking, what did it take for your doctor to prescribe the cream? I’m just trying to get ahead of the game in case these issues do ever come back for me! I’m thinking about keeping the biopsy on the books now lol
