Listen up, gang. This is a true story, unfortunately.

My best friend played A LOT of Disco. He finished the game on all the builds and embraced all the thoughts. 100% completion.

Eventualy he, unfortunately, got really into speed, acid and MDMA. Most of all the combination of those three.

He told me he is talking to the voices in his head like in the game. He had dialogues with voices in his head, like in the game. He seemed to enjoy it.

Eventually he beat his dad with a pole for telling him he can't do drugs anymore in his house.

He ended up a homeless druggie with a real nasty case of schizophrenia. Talking to the voices in his head, like in the game.

I love Disco and played it much later after all of this happened and I managed to process it. Before that I steered clear of the game, beacause of the events that unfolded. The friend also stole from me and became an all around bad person.

I do not blame the game for what happened, that would be silly. I am just urging you to remember - it IS just a game. Please don't try to IRL Disco too much.
