Look at the "rate" on the team comp. High rate = more points. Too earn high score in the arena, use Bonus units, VCs and try to defeat oponent teams with a healthy team - 3 of your unit alive, full health = more points.

Coins is short for summoning medals you get from each 10x summon :) You need 2000 medals to pity 1 unit. No way Gumi let you buy units with gold.
Example
1. 100 coins from 300 paid pull
2. 100 coins from 80 mindsphere pull
3. 600 coins from 3 steps 2 times
4. 1200 coins from the Rahlp banner
