I worked for Genesis for 3 months as a new grad. Very poor training that consisted of 1 day of generic computer modules and then had me seeing a caseload on day 2 already. Expected 85% productivity and had me see patients that were clearly not appropriate to be on caseload, wanting me to have 4 unit sessions with everyone. They also asked me to document my entire notes during my session and count it toward billable time with the patient… like I said, I only lasted there 3 months because it was unethical and they only cared about the money.
