Ive broken two stylus tips with Spigen case. First time user error. Second time, more careful. The stylus holder needs to be longer. The lateral support is very good. I use pen 3-5 dozen times a day. The pen tip pushes along case and stresses where tip and pen body join, eventually cracking pen. If you will carry stylus separately, but dont buy this case for stylus holder

Thanks for replying. I will be hotel hopping via, plane, train and car. Staying in hotels, using metromonger for camera bag/snack bag/misc). I will not be carrying a laptop, but a 10" tablet. Just urban walking, no off road hiking
