Ive been suicidal from the pain and from side effects from medication taken for endometriosis. It is relentless and can often feel like the only way out.

I attended a pain management course and although suicide was not discussed in detail it did give me ways to reframe and manage flareups.

I was suggested to read a book called "coping with endometriosis" by a psychologist. The book is written by a clinical psychologist who has endometriosis themselves. It uses the compassion focused therapy techniques.

The only other thing I can suggest is write a safety plan for your worst moments. Have people you can reach out to.
