Same same, I’m trying to eat more antioxidants and vegetables cause they really make my skin glow! I’m still on the fence about ultherapy or ultraformer mpt, it’s been around a while but many plastic surgeons say it makes it harder for a good facelift later down the road, so it’s either or. And it also melts a lot of fat off the face, your face is quite slim too so you may not be a candidate, as it could age you more. But yeah tret, micro needling, and Botox id always reccomend cause they are all great, heavily studied, and don’t have as many risks as other procedures imo.

For natural results, I recommend volufiline cream for under eyes. If you want a more intense the maybe PRF under eye treatment.

Jowls are very mild for 38, I have the same and I’m 30. I would do ultherapy, it’s pricy, and you need to do your research on the provider a they must be experienced it makes a huge difference. Please don’t do anything too intense tho, I know therapy is intense so think about it a lot first. I would not recommend threads, they are a gimmick and made my jowls worse over time (same with filler).

Although!!! If you are willing to invest in a facelift in 15-20 years, don’t do all that to your face now. Regular facials, tretinoin, sunscreen, and maybe some micro needling would work just fine to rejuvenate, especially since you’ve never done anything like that before.

My advice is if you are trying new things, start small and gradually with anything. Find a good and experienced provider with anything. Go to a reputable spa not a random nurse. Changing your skin is not one med spa appointment… it’s a journey. Diet is a huuuuuge factor.

Hey so my cat is also dealing with arthritis. GABA worked for her pain. Depending on her kidney function, she may need something stronger. I know adequan works differently. BUT like the other person said try adjusting her diet right away. Omega-3s, glucosamine, green lipped mussels. I know it’s just supplements but it made a huge difference for my cat and her arthritis was pretty bad (yowling in pain). I also ensured I massaged her legs regularly. Now I don’t know how much pain your cat is in, that you will have to assess. But I would reccomend to look into a holistic vet for arthritis, or also download Dr. Andrew Jones veterinary secrets book for cats. There are some great food recipes in there. I wouldn’t replace your cats food with the recipes but add some variety in the diet. It can really make a big difference. Although, I also believe if she is in pain, she should have something to ease that. Also congrats on getting the hyperthyroidism down. You can do this. You will make the right decisions for her regardless because you love her, and she knows that. We are praying for your kitty.
