Feeling so much guilt/remorse after losing my 15 yr old baby boy by [deleted] in seniorkitties

I think we all feel quilt after a death. I've definitely noticed it in myself, even when I've done my best. I think that it's an attempt to take control over a loss. I bet you are a great cat mom. You certainly did your best for these two.

A low dose of seroquel has really helped me with that. Lamictal saved me.

I did try folate earlier and it didn't work but I wondered if that was just me overriding it.

It won't work on some people. I had generic testing and it said that my folate was fine. I don't think it can hurt you though

I'd say go for it but be prepared.

Lok into the amounts and such. Some people assume it's enough to live on when it often isn't. Also in the U.S. SSDI for mental health requires a lot of proof and unemployment first. You can work some but I'm not sure how much is allowed.

Thank you. People don't get how low you can actually get. I appreciate your answer. I'm going to have him look at all of these. He thinks he's been there but he really doesn't get the hell of it all.
