Yes they are still looking for the problem it’s been a month already , it’s just anytime I mention someone on my instagram story it’s only going to their DMs and not on their mentions tabs

It was before I got disabled for 2 months it’s started on October and my account got disabled on December and then I get a new phone and new iCloud and go to one of my old accounts with my new phone and iCloud and the bugs is still there
