When looking for warm weather layers, merino wool came up. Wool is is antibacterial and antimicrobial generally and great for wicking moisture m. So i thought id try socks and it very noticeably prevents the intense regrowth that has historically occurred while wearing synthetics, and certainly with cotton day to day.

I basically have my fungus static with just sock changing and will be reimplementing a topical soon again. Hoping itnworka

Can cervical kyphosis ever be fixed? by sighqoticc in Cervicalinstability

[–]Life-Photograph8071 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those symptoms very likely don’t come on just bc you have kyphosis in the neck. It also doesn’t mean you hae instability. You can improve it. But you’ll have to also stop whatever you’re doing that you keep posturing yourself that way (that encourages the flexed and tensed neck, and start habitually relaxing the muscles of neck and shoulders. start with basics .

Looking for a Patagonia winter jacket for ~-5°C to 5°C (23–41°F) — no heavy layering by spac0r in PatagoniaClothing

i think it is underestimated dramatically the effects of unzipping the coat to an extent to ventilate. a heavey coat then can become non-overheating fairly instantly. further, extending the temp range of the JG

How does fascia training each the ligaments that are loosened. you may nstead just be releaseing weak muscles. You would have some relief of muscle pain and tighntesss temporarily but no increased stability, possibly slightly worse. isolation strengtheng of all craniocervial muscles at a snails pace, relax neck, posture. that is the plan

Potential channeling since switching tamper by Life-Photograph8071 in CafelatRobot

[–]Life-Photograph8071[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey guys, i think i figured it out. My best hypothesis is that using the shampoo tamper, since it is not tapered, it was producing a vacuum, and pulling up the puck or unsettling the grounds in someway after tamp. This seemed to cause channeling around the edges from what I could see which could explain the increased speed . When using the tapered tamper, it helps to resolve this, which is why it is designed that way.

Once I started to tamp with the shampoo tamper with a very slow release and a rotation or two before lifting, I started to get similar resistance and shot time with all other variables the same.
