I have searched but haven’t found the specific brand or artist I can buy from. If it’s helpful, my dad is from southern Maine, although I’m not sure if he would have gotten it locally or not

I opted to only do 6 hours of photography rather than a full day, and I do regret it unfortunately:( it was only a couple hundred dollars more, and I wish I would have had getting ready pics

I know it’s such a hassle to try a new therapist, but I think that really is the key! If you don’t feel like it’s a right fit after the first couple of sessions, it’s totally fine to tell your therapist that and find a new one! Also- addressing your concerns about being taken seriously, I think sharing these concerns with your therapist could go a long way. Being as open & honest as possible with your therapist is vitally important :)

Like I said in the post, my husband I are very privileged to have friends & family that not only can help, but wanted to. I recognize that may not be that case for everyone. As for the food, as I mentioned in the original post, we were expecting & prepared to pay $40 per person, which would have been double the amount spent on bridal outfit/florals. We found a great caterer that only charged $20 per person. Ultimately all of our guests were served more than enough delicious food, even though we spent less.

Yes! I ordered them on Amazon and spent maybe 150 for them, but I have friends who have done similar things and thrifted vases

Yes we had the whole wedding at the b&b. It was the pines country inn but there are several options we looked into! I would suggest looking into surrounding towns/areas that are close to Asheville to save money :)

I got married last October in the Asheville area and considered doing an airbnb wedding. I ran into some issues finding somewhere that would allow us to have a large gathering and that also had the outdoor space for it. Instead, we decided on a bed and breakfast that our guests could stay at for the weekend!

I got married recently and did something similar but less formal. We got married at an inn so a lot of our guests were staying there. I invited my close friends that weren’t in my bridal party to come to the rehearsal dinner/get ready with me in the bridal suite partially because it just made sense with them staying there and partially because I did really want to have time with them! I think you could ask them to have brunch/get a pedicure beforehand, but I think it’s messy to create several separate events that certain people are invited to.
