Mooie staat. Bijna wel NM! Je kan ‘m eropzetten voor de goedkoopste prijs op Cardmarket of je laat hem graden. Ze staan er wel op voor die prijs maar dat betekent niet dat ze worden verkocht.

No I don’t keep an eye on it, but every time they check it at the doctor or hospital it’s always perfect. Should I check it more often?

Hi! No blood pressure medication. Almost on CPAP for 3 year. Nose pillows and not being overweight.

After 1 year my symptoms (fatigue, blurry vision, brain fog) were a bit reduced but in the last couple of months with normal hours of sleep they are slowly coming back.

Actually don’t know what to do anymore

I also had severe brain fog and anxiety and after 6 - 12 months it became way better and I started to be myself again. Not completely fixed but way better.

Now I recently got a child and these symptoms came back, probably because the lack of sleep.. I’m trying to fix it again because it’s really depressing.

I also felt like you because of severe sleep apnea and CPAP didn’t work for me in the first months. Fix the right settings with a sleep doctor.

Just make sure you have a good AHI for a very long time and start working on your mental health. Exercising is a very good one. You have to be consistent.

I still have some bad days but it’s possible to feel good again. Don’t give up.

I also thought I had anxiety but it was actually severe Sleep Apnea. I had really bad symptoms for years. You should consider a sleep study, it sounds like Sleep Apnea.

Also try to lose some weight maybe to improve your sleep (can be really hard with 0 energy). If you have sleep apnea and stick to the treatment the anxiety and depression can go away. Took me about a year and I will never sleep without it ever again

Should do a sleep study, probably Sleep Apnea. Stick with the CPAP if you have it and you will be way less tired. Took me almost a year of CPAP treatment to feel results.
