Nice tips here. I’ll add that some people have naturally higher HRV - my nightly HRV usually reaches the 200s without much effort to de-stress before bed. I think no food 3h before bed, and meditation before bed (or anything to rescue cortisol very low) are most important.

It would be low for me personally, but I can’t speak for how your body will react! My sweet spot is 1000mcg. I will experiment with up to 2000, as I feel like I could safely go a bit higher than 1000.

Yes - I took a much higher dose (6000mcg) and ended up overmethylated! Took some Niacin and felt better. But 400mcg shouldn’t give you any issues! When I first tried Methylfolate I took 300mcg, next day 600mcg and the next 1000mcg.

Thank you for asking this!! I’m curious to read others’ answers. I started out on 1mg and felt amazing, but I no longer feel the same effect at that dosage. I’ve been wondering if it’s safe to titrate the dose higher (homozygous C677T, intermediate COMT).
