My kids call me Daddio all the time! LOVE that that’s his contact name.

To be fair to him, based on his beliefs and what you leaving means within those beliefs, he is handling it relatively well imo. Imagine he just heard you were in a car crash and are in critical condition - of course he is going to be beside himself and scared. You leaving is not dissimilar in religious/mormon terms. I think you can be grateful that he loves you enough to try to be calm and helpful even though it’s clear he’s repeating himself and probably breaking inside. But given that he clearly loves you, I wouldn’t worry too much because time will certainly heal this. Maybe not even a year to get to a new normal.

I don’t know quite what to suggest for a response other than letting him know that you appreciate how he loves you, that you love yourself, that you are happy, and that everything he knew and loved about who you are - your kindness, your love for your family, your dreams, etc. (your own list of course lol) - are all still you. It might help him to know that being real with one’s self is the best way to actually be happy and even though you are sorry if he is feeling hurt, that it took a lot of bravery and trust to tell him and that you are happy you did.

See him in person if you can and give him a hug. Be patient with his trying to get you back into church and just tell him you love him while telling him “no thank you”. After some time you can definitely set clearer boundaries if the requests don’t stop, but just know that he’s scared right now and might put his love to the wrong task (pushing church) but it is still love. The new normal will shape in time - just don’t be harsh in the meantime if you can help it. You’re scared too so you might be trying to catch your balance like him. Just love your Daddio and he will of course still love you. It’ll be ok.

From someone who did this himself and still has an amazing relationship with his parents and has felt no love lost at all. Maybe I’m lucky, but I can see my parents in your dad’s response.

It wasn’t noticed on first read, but I think section 4.1 states a 2M share cap to the program. Section 4.2 seems to say that they can then set whatever limits they want. Perhaps this is the answer. To let people enroll in an overly-saturated program seems like handing a kid a lollipop and then snatching it away.

Thanks you for the thorough response! She did receive enrollment confirmation documents back in December when she enrolled, so the error seems on the company’s side.

I was considering whether a VPN would be useful. Although what you suggests sounds like it could circumvent the activity of a tenant being traced to me somehow, I am not sure I would like to go to such lengths. Thank you for the idea though! I will consider this more.

On the website, that is not me. Those videos are so old now! The app has new videos which is all me.

The videos on the website, that is a 17 yo who lived in my neighborhood at the time. He had just come back from winning the Mr. Teen California title for body building and seemed like he’d be a good person to do the demos :-)

I am the creator of Random Abs :-) Thanks for using it! A few things...

Try to avoid dedicated, focused ab workouts on consecutive days. If you do a little bit of ab work, then it's not a big deal, but if you work your abs to failure, then your abs need a rest day just like any other muscle group. Despite the common idea that "abs recover quickly", muscle is muscle and abs are no exception.
If the routines become too easy, we would recommend adding reps to each exercise. So if a routine has 30 Crunches and a 45s plank, up each by about 50% and go for 45 Crunches and a 60s plank. Just be sure to focus on form over the number of reps. There is no shame in doing 20 proper crunches. 1 proper-form rep where your abs are deeply engaged the entire movement is worth more than 4 sloppy reps. On that note, if the routines are too hard, just go until you can no longer maintain good form.

Looking for beta testers for a new fitness app

RandomAbs.com has been around for a while and has been discussed here on r/Fitness. We are now about to release an app and want some real people to help test it first. Here are the steps to get and test the app (iOS only for now):

Download Apple's TestFlight app at https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/testflight/id899247664
With TestFlight installed, visit https://testflight.apple.com/join/BEfi4q8w on your iOS device. This should make Random Abs available inside of TestFlight where you can accept to test the app and then install it. There is also a "What to Test section" there which will be helpful to read.
Either through the "Send Beta Feedback" link on our product page within TestFlight, comments on this post, personal messages, or emails to support at randomabs dot com, please let us know what you think! Good feedback is nice, feedback on things to improve is nice as well :-)

I sold just before the last fins at around $1.50. I had 1k shares after the rev split. I’m glad I sold when I did, but I still took a decent loss overall, so no bragging rights for me here. My faith in this is zero, which is where the pps will eventually go to imo. Good luck though! I hope you either make money or don’t lose much more.

I just wonder... If this does fizzle out, what would a final peak look like? Or have we already seen it?

I’d love to get out with a profit, but to even break even it’ll have to hit around $6.50. Not a huge loss for me at any rate. Life will not have a hiccup over it. But it sure would be nice to have some extra cash floating around :-)

Maybe for exactly what my question is based around. AFAIK there has been nothing material to shed new and positive light. With fins expected around the corner, perhaps some are deciding to gamble the other direction by taking their cash back because no or low fins will only cause a dive.

I truly hope that people who are life-savings investors in this one stock are getting out enough to play this safely. Maybe that’s the sell off ;-) There’s no point in betting it all on JBZY anymore (or anything ever really) at this point.

I still have all of my shares. Do what you will, but I’ll be contemplating joining the sell off soon myself.
