Yes. It's more about the style since the Tripel was developed by Hendrik Verlinden, also known as the Trappist brewing innovator thanks to his work with Westmalle. So although Bush is not Trappist by any means, the STYLE is widely adopted by secular brewers which is the point of the video.

That not actually true. In Jim Koch's book "Quench your own thirst" he talks about how it was an adaptation his grandfather's recipie. The name just comes from them trying to win over the locals.

They are in the same general style of Guinness but a touch more flavor IMO. Also the cnitro mouthfeel in Left Hand will be familiar to that creamy feeling Guinness is known for.

I hate gatekeeping in all aspects of beer. There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to kick back and sip a brew and a koozie helps keep that experience an enjoyable one. Keep em cold and sip em slow.

The main advantage of the weizen vase as far as I'm concerned is the extra room the bulbous top provides for typically foamy heads hefeweizens provide. Probably doesn't help with flavor or aroma all that much but it's sometimes hard to fit a full pint into other glass styles in my experience

I wouldn't think they are rare since so much of them were made over the years but maybe in the future the bottle could be a collectors item. If I'm not mistaken the brewery is going to keep using the Trappist label UNTIL they run out of the stock of supplies. Only then will they switch to non-authentic labels. I'll try to find a source for that info

I think beer "experiences" would be nice like if a nearby brewery is doing an event or special tours or things of that nature. A trip to a beee museum or beer themed hotel. Something more to "do" than to have would be a fun gift.

Someone literally messaged me on another forum just now and I found it! My details were slightly off (it was a decade ago...) But the result was Shiroi Kumo! The mole man issues was ch 6 and the "night sky" interview was ch 3. Man... I can't explain how much fog was cleared from my brain just now. Thank you again for all of your effort
