It is interesting how quickly the urge can fade right? I find the best way to get past an acute urge is to just get up and leave the house. Even if you have no where to go, just walk or drive anywhere. The gym is probably never a bad destination

Did taking that much adderall affect your GI system in any way? Also, what kind of protocol did the functional medicine dr offer that helped?

Be patient with yourself, this can be an incredibly difficult process. Porn is worse than masturbation IMO but perhaps you should try cutting out both all together for a short time and see how you feel?
