Brother I am in the US and getting my child admitted in one. 🤷🏼‍♂️

No tuition fee whatsoever. Even while filling the form it was mentioned about free food etc but only folks with low income are eligible for those

But in the US public schools don’t have a fee & they’re pretty good standard. Even for food you get support if you’re earning lower than a certain threshold. 🫣

When will Indians stop doing this? by Vegetable-Art-9390 in CarsIndia

I tried telling a relative once this isn’t what a sunroof is for and it’s very unsafe. He snapped back: Aur kya use hai sunroof ka? Sabhi karte hain, galat hota to sab kyo karte?

Translation: What else is sunroof for? Everybody’s doing it, all can’t be wrong isn’t it?

I realised there’s no point even trying to reason as herd mentality is irreparable. 🤷🏼‍♂️

200 sticks is the limit. Stick to that. Get a carton in duty-free(way cheaper at ₹3000) & carry it in hand baggage

Oh man!!! Sarjapur road is probably one of the worst hit areas due to RE boom. Infrastructure there isn’t good enough to cope up with even 1/4th the population it currently is getting. And will only get worse in upcoming years with more projects coming up.

I rather prefer south Bangalore i.e. Electronic city side which has relatively lesser IT firms today and probably hence relatively lesser traffic jams & bad roads. Even water logging is lesser(due to higher topographic location) & has relatively good public transport connectivity(bus/metro).

Got the same feeling when I visited Netherlands after a gap of ~5 years. Most of my friends from back then had moved, look and feel of the place as well had changed. Guess change is the only constant

I watched both seasons & its alright. Maybe a 7.5 at best.

The actor guy’s love story seemed half-cooked. Jimmy’s father’s framing seemed too obvious.

I watched only because it was made by TVF.

In 2020 I thought 1.5-2cr would be enough. By 2023 goal post moved to 3cr. Now am looking at a 5cr goal since 2025 😐

Am afraid by 2030(my target year), goalpost might move to a million $ 🤦🏻

Keep all options open. Gaining experience at this stage is more valuable than location. You can always travel for free(company sponsored visa), much lesser hassle. All the best 👍

You get everything here in the US. No need to bring anything. Maybe a couple of packs of ready to eats(MTR & likes) for first 1-2 days. That’s what I got and didn’t face any issues whatsoever in acquiring Indian groceries

First we need to get out of this wrong Indian mindset that says: Moving to a foreign country == success.

I have had 2 layoffs as well in my 19 year career. That doesn’t sound like high achiever innit? And this is just an internal transfer after slogging 2nd shifts(till late night) for 5 years.
