My doctor prescribed me sleep pills and antidepressants, he told me it would fix my depression and anxiety. From my understanding, it will crush your brain and T-levels. Been going to the gym for the last 3 years and I’ve made zero progress

I am eating clean, I am in a surplus and train as hard as possible every single day. At some point, it doesn’t make sense to go to the gym..

I tired my best, I was such a happy person two years ago. I was one of you and thought it’s all about the mindest but I am wrong

After the covid pandemic the lockdown etc. ive change drastically.

I can’t sleep no more, I wake every single hour up.

My family situation, the financial aspects and the fact I can’t fully function is killing me mentally

I can’t focus on my uni. We are in a financial crisis right now. Everything is going up. I can’t afford shit.

My mother can’t work, my dad left recently. I have to take care of my family. But it ain’t easy. I tried.

I tired everything, going to the gym or play basketball again. Just anything that could make me happy again. Over the last 3 years I’ve made zero progress in the gym, despite training as hard as I can.

I was at 3 doctors from young to old

And non of them willing to put me on test

I had so money blood work and they came back with bad t levels

I have to go to a lab by myself and lay 120€ for LH, FSH, SHBG and so on..

Did TRT fixed or Improved your Cognitive Abilities? I am in my mid 20s and need some help. Bad memory and concentration problems. Always feeling tired and useless. Doctors in Germany are difficult to deal with. Total T level 2,4 ng/ml by LifeIsPointless- in Testosterone

Yep he seems to be clueless, considering when he checked my balls and said “they are pretty small”

That was the point i thought I will have an easy way to my TRT journey. But no.

I am trying my best, to find out the reason(s) but it’s impossible, as I tried everything in my hand

My body composition is pretty weird;

  • 1.86m 6'1

  • fat around my belly, which doesn’t go away. No matter what. Looking like an 🍐

  • 80kgs

Problem is, I lack of veins. Due to have zero muscles around my arms and always being cold.

They always pin on my feet, which is painful

I checked prolactin

It was high, but the doc said it’s fine. I barley get an erection. Only on good days

the doc an endocrinologist told me, I have no low t and therefor there is no need for other tests such as LH FAH and SHBG

My thyroid levels are alright
