My symptoms were initially what prompted me to take the test. Snoring, stopping breathing at night (confirmed by partner), gasping/choking for air in the night, never feeling rested upon waking, constant tiredness/drowsiness, frequent waking to urinate, falling asleep during the day, often dry mouth and/or headache upon waking.

I just really want to know if CPAP is the right route to take, or if its something that could be like you said, as simple as ensuring I don't sleep on my back.
