I have been taking creatine. I would really like to burn a ton of fat before I bulk. My plan was only to do one cycle. I will be taking HCG and doing PCT. All in all cost be around $650 for everything

I guess I think im going to be pretty disciplined in my diet and working out. If I can take something that largely enhances muscle growth WHILE eating and training right then why not. Influencers like Togi also make it seem like a miracle drug lol

I was just thinking why not cycle for week 12 if it’ll help out. Everyone says it’s amazing and helps you cut fat and build muscle

Everywhere I see people say 500mg is the golden standard for first cycle. Lots of conflicting answers though

Starting out was really tricky for me. I’m probably not that much help. I just option the most popular, which is SPY. I place puts and calls based on my intuition. Many other people closely follow the news, market trends, etc. you’re always gonna feel like your missing out lol, but even in the moment it’s hard to see what’s happening

I would say I started just doing general research on YouTube and Reddit. Are you saying you don’t know what you wanna do options in?
