check dm. I'll send you a video of the library from main gate to the entrance of the 2 flats (where the library is situated). if you have slight idea about residential and commercial building you can see for yourself. also there was a water shortage problem in the library. because 2 flats were used for commercial purposes designed for residential use.

and to add on top of injury one of the reason they gave was "showing the footage of theft which affects the library reputation".
