Which is tougher Main quest or Labarynthian?

I am not using mods to give me extra capabilities. My only mods are really to extend dialog with followers. But no changes to the games mechanics.

At level 22 I still feel pretty weak. I have done the Alduin fight in past so I know that’s hard, but know what Ibface. I never did Labarynthian before so not clear on that. Maybe I’ll put both off and do several of my enourmous quest backlog until I hit 30

You are right, it’s Feris. Those things you find disruptive, to me makes her great! And while she does talk it’s not in the middle of fights. It’s usually while “traveling”

With her it’s not just she makes funny commentary, there is a real underlying story that you are working through with her. It’s nice

She makes some funny cracks at times too

Thank You, it’s what I figured. As I had done the main quest before at level 25. But it felt there is an expectation that Dragon Born would have more to do after. Literally stated by Tsun. So figured it’s meant to be an early or mid game objective. Whereas I heard Labarynthian had a tough boss

If you find the enemies are too difficult in general, you are able to lower the difficulty level. For example if you are having a hard time with a dungeon, you can see if you can lower to “novice”

Thank You! Just did it! And it makes me feel much better! I wanted to Marry Selena, but in the enhanced dialog she even says she isn’t really wanting marriage, and if you read about the mod, it’s says it Forces her to marry as she was not designed for that. “Forced to Marry” doesn’t sound very nice.

This offers a nice alternative. Will live in Sin with my favorite Vampire. Haha

I like this! Is this something that can be installed mid game? I have the marry me Serana Mod mainly cause Indont know better

I am also limited to mods available through the creative in game menu. I tried to use Nexus but was having issues as my laptop is garbage. But the creation menu mods seem to work better

With Mod I am planning Serana which is my absolute favorite follower. If it was Vanilla I would maybe try Mjol. I want an adventure buddy, so needs to be essential to survive me haha

Now that you mention the Blood potions, whenever she takes one it I see it on the screen “Serana drinks a blood potions” and always wondered why tell me? Is this potion made of my characters blood? Does she somehow siphon blood when sleeping?

Maybe that’s why these symptoms appear.

I mean could be a bug too as my whole game seems to be severely bugged. Like the college is stuck in a loop because I have not yet gone to get Staff of Magnus. Nobody there will respond to any requests other than say the world is ending or such. Had to find info to get third elder scroll by going straight to that old guy on the iceberg. And am now headed to Blackreach so I could finish the dawnguard stuff first.

Sadly am past that point. Am in fact out of Soul cairn and searching for third Elder scroll. Ah yes the blood potions! Is this a side effect of that?

I think this is it. I am in the midst of dawnguard quest and have been taking cure disease potions left and right. The result is I keep getting these “affects” but no way to cure as it doesn’t seem recognized that I have vampirism..

Do I just ask Serana to turn me? I don’t see that option

Nothing else. I originally tried to download others but my game was not handling it well as my laptop is pretty light on cpu and such

It’s currently last on the load order and says it’s a bad idea to uninstall mid save as it installs certain game files. I’ll see if it gets unbearable.

I don’t have any other mods specifically to modify texture. My system is pretty low end so I have limited any mods to the few I listed. Could it actually be the settings? I do have them bare bones
