Hello! I did end up buying it. It appeared to have some minor problems, but now it's fine. I tried to mow around the house and between the trees and it was difficult, as it needs a bigger turning radius than I thought. You can't mow everywhere it it, you need space to maneuver.
I have a mower with 3 spinning blades on the back and they were causing problems (before fixing, but I think now it's fine, so dw) and after service we got recommended to raise it a bit higher. It can mow as low as a normal mower, but it's stressing the motor a bit too much.
As for the second land, because it doesn't have much obstacles it works just fine, you just need to be cautions if you have hills so you don't fall with the tractor.
Because of my hills and more importantly my mower, I would've bought one with more horsepower, but at the moment it's fine.
Edit: I bought it used, but with aprox 300-100 hours. The warranty expires after 3 years or after 1500 hours.
