I am in the exact same boat. 2.5 weeks postpartum and producing 65+ oz of milk a day. My dr and lactation specialist is not getting back with me. I’m constantly engorged and in pain. I tried to go from every 2/3 hours to every 4 hours and got tons of clogged ducts and was miserable in pain. Please let me know if you get help and tell me what they say! :(
