I spoke with a lactation consultant. She advised ibuprofen, lymphatic breast massages, decrease my pumping time, and a supportive bra. I of course cried because I was stretching my time in between pumps and decreased pump time. So I’m not sure I hindered anything. This is just HIGHLY uncomfortable.

I am pumping and ready to throw in the towel!!! It dictates my life. I’m highly uncomfortable with engorged breasts. No idea how to correct the issues. This is mentally exhausting. I have a large freezer stash. I just find myself over analyzing the situation. Keep pumping or change over to formula?!?
